P3Dv4 time after loading

Is there anyway to reduce the discrepancy in the time set my RealTimeFlight Manager after a long loading time? I run a lot of addons and the time is always off by about 1 minute, sometimes a little more. My loading times can take to up to 2 minutes to load into the sim due to the addons I run. I found an old thread here but didnt find any solutions and would rather not resurrect it thus this new thread.

Other than that its an awesome piece of software, just trying to find a way to eliminate this slight problem.

The best solution for you is to run Real Time Flight Manager program just after your flight is fully loaded.
To do this:
1- Run your flight simulator
2- Set all necessary things like airplane, departure airport, flight plan .... and don't set the departure time
3- Run your flight (it can take one or two minutes in your case)
4- When your flight is fully loaded run the Real Time Flght Manager and it sets the correct time for you.
5- Close Real Time Flight Manager manually when it is done its job
