Hi,
As you know, you can run Real Flight Manager program either before or after flight simulator run. I suggest you to run Real Time Flight Manager after your airplane is fully loaded at your departure airport and see if it can solve your problem. In this situation when you run RTFM after your flight is loaded, it reads correct time and set it in your flight simulator and you can expect a partial flight simulator load to adjust the correct time.
