Hello,
I bought the product "SIMELITE SOLUTIONS - TIME ZONE FIX FSX P3D" but I can not use the new program "Real Time Flight Manager".
Here is the error message: Email address OR password is not correct.
Can you help me if you please? Thank you so much.

Dear Andrew,
Change your password and try again. As a rule Don't use '&' or '%' special characters in your password.

The RealTime Flight Manager program did not start. Long could not understand what was going on. It turns out it does not work without installed libraries Microsoft Visual C++ AIO Runtime Libraries Full Pack. The big request to specify it is obligatory in the manual to the program as these libraries are not established together with this idiotic system Windows10

Our programs (FSTrackers, Time Zone Fixer Automatic Update, Real Flight Time Manger) all works with dot net framework 4.5.2 which is already included in Windows 10 standard and it means with a fresh version of Windows 10 all of our programs should work properly, Can I ask you what version of Windows 10 you are using?
We will check this matter to see what is the problem.
Re: Report Bugs and problems here
Hi,
two problems:
1. When I start RealTimeFlight Manager for P3Dv5 before the Sim is startedd, all works well until the flight is loaded completely. Thereafter the Sim is loading the Traffic files on and on endlessly. When I close RealTimeFlight Manager and open it again, it loads the traffic files once again and the Sim is now working normally.
2. By the way: Do I understand it right, that FS Realtime can only be used to monitor the time and may not be connected with the sim any more? When I do so, it sets the sim to a wrong time.
In LFMN I observed, that FS Realtime shows System UTC correct, but Flight Simulator UTC equal to local time, which is definitively not correct. FS Realstime sets the local time in Nice eqal to UTC, which is incorrect, as NICE has CET (summertime in summer). RealTimeFlight Manager sets the Flight Simulator UTC equal to local time (CET), so the local time is correct, but not the simulator UTC. Is that a correct behaviour?
THX for help!
Regards Rainer
Edit: After a restart Problem #1 disappeared.
But problem #2 is still present. Until Saturday the local time in LFMN ist still UTC+2, but the sim even with Time Zone Fixer shows UTC als local time - 1h.
And: Is it corect, that RealTimeFlight Manager closes when airborne and does not keep the sim time synchronized with the system time?
Edit 2:
And suddenly after deactivating and reactivating Time Zone Fixer´s bgl-files it works to show the correct 2-h-difference of UTC and local time in LFMN as well as in EDDF. Perhabs the problem ist solved, but I don´t know why. I will write, if it keeps working now.

Re: Report Bugs and problems here
Thanks for your report. Yes, if Time Zone Fixer works properly on your system then Real Time Flight Manager can set the correct time but if the flight simulator has the wrong Time Zones then despite the Real Time Flight Manager sets the correct local time, because the Time Zones aren't correct then UTC/Local time won't be correct.Beaufort wrote: ↑Thu Oct 28, 2021 10:11 amHi,
