Just downloaded this, ran it and it seems to be frozen at 75% (been like that for 30 minutes)

It only takes few seconds. If it took over 30 seconds then close the program and run it again.

You can download it from your member area in SimElite website.
1- Go to SimElite website
2- Login to your account.
3- Go to member area
4- Go to Products and services section
5- There is a table and you can see your Time Zone Fixer Automatic Update there.
6- Click on download link.
