I have reported this time zone on the map, but the update I don't think fixes it. Also, the map is not reflecting any change. Google says +6 hours UTC, yet the map says +5 hours.

Thanks for your report. Yes, You are right, FJDG already has wrong Time Zone.
Our V1.4.1_Beta1 released on February 25th and We received your FJDG report through Time Zone Checking Tool on March 2nd, that's why the latest version hasn't fixed the problem yet.
New version V1.4.1_Beta2 will be released tomorrow. ;)
