Not able to activate trial subscription

Vahid,

Long time no see. Hope you are doing good?

With winter coming I finally wanted to give your Season Manager a trial. But whenever I try to activate it in my user control panel I get the following message:
" You already have a valid subscription so you can't activate your Trial subscription!", while the subscription page does state "You don't have any active subscription. Please renew your subscription to access all of our products and services."

As far as I know did I not activated it before (at least I do not remember and hope to have done so? ). Any chance you could activate the trial for my account?

And just to be sure that I have not missed anything yet: You did not done any BlackFriday sale this year, did you? Just asking as I am interested in the Season Manger but not so much in the other products.

Hi Christoph,
I checked your account, there are two different Email addresses registered in your account. I will send you an Email to fix this problem and after that, you can activate your trial subscription.
