First of all, thank you for creating such a software and allowing sim enthusiasts to enjoy real weather even more.
I was already able to partially answer my question by just reading the existing threads, but I am not sure if the ORBX vector addon does affect the season manager?
Maybe someone can confirm it works fine, also with the regional ORBX addons like Germany South/North + England?
It is very much appreciated you guys offer us a trial version. But with the growing amount of addons I became cautious when installing a new one. So I guess when I install the manager, it probably will trigger the sim to reindex scenery data because there is no snow present, while ORBX default seasons had it?

Season Manager is compatible with ORBX products like:
Global Base
Global Vector
Global openLC
Terrain Regions (Germany , England...)
But for single airports series ORBX or other companies usually integrate Season layer in their sceneries so as we affect on a standard Season layer in flight simulator, we can't override their settings but at the moment we are adding a new feature that help users enjoy those airports too. We are adding a transparent layer around those airports that helps a better look for those areas. I mean if there isn't Snow in a city or region and our Season Manager set Winter layer without Snow in that region but there is a wrong snowy airport there, we add a transparent area in surrounding area of that airport and when user depart from or arrive to that airport, it is like that area is snowy now and instead of have whole snowy country only a limited area is cover by snow and when user passed that region there won't be any snow for rest of that country!
The good point is, any user can set which airport he/she wants to use like this, I mean if you only have one airport like this then you can set it to use this capacity and for the rest of the world our Season Manager handle all Season layer.
For your last question the answer is Yes. When ORBX is showing Snow in a country(it is a default setting use dates to show Snow in a region) but there isn't actually any snow there, our Season Manager sets correct season and you won't see any wrong snow there.
